The rates specified on our shipping chart (above) covers the cost of ups regular ground service or us postal priority mail service. We notify you via email when shipment is made and tell you if UPS or Priority Mail is shipping your order. If by UPS, the shipping notice INCLUDES THE UPS TRACKING NUMBER.
