Shipping Information

WE SHIP ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS BY U.S. POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL AND GROUND ADVANTAGE MAIL.  THE RATES SPECIFIED ON OUR SHIPPING CHART COVERS THE COST OF USPS MAIL SERVICE.  You will be notified by email when your order has shipped with your tracking number and an EXPECTED delivery date. Expected delivery dates are provided by the USPS and are NOT guaranteed .

FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPMENTS, 2ND DAY SHIPMENTS, OR NEXT DAY AIR MAIL: We will do our best to honor special shipping request, however there will be an additional fee for these services.

Over-sized large and extra heavy items, or orders requiring multiple boxes will be subject to additional shipping charges.  You will be notified by email of any additional shipping fees. Please reply to our email promptly so we may proceed with your order, otherwise your order will automatically cancel within ten (10) days.  We we strive to fill your orders quickly and efficiently and appreciate your cooperation.

FOREIGN ORDERS – We ship worldwide. all foreign orders are shipped USPS International Priority Mail which provides a tracking number outside of the U.S.A. and insurance. At customers request we will also ship USPS International First Class Mail. This method does NOT provide tracking outside of the U.S.A. or insurance. The Fire Bell will not be responsible for lost or undelivered orders shipped by International First Class Mail at the customers request, HOWEVER, many customers do request First Class as it is less expensive and we Typically do not have any delivery issues. Foreign deliveries generally takes approximately 10 days to 2 weeks to reach you, unless sent Priority Mail which is about a week.  After you place your order, you will be sent an email advising you the cost to ship your order for both First Class and Priority Mail.  Upon receipt of our email to you, please CONFIRM via email, the shipping price is agreeable with you and we will charge your account accordingly.  Alternatively, if you find the shipping too expensive, please email us to cancel the order.  If you do not reply to our email(s) within 10 days, your order is automatically cancelled.  We make every effort to ship foreign orders in a timely fashion.  Please Note: 

WE CAN NO LONGER SHIP TO: Mexico, Indonesia or countries under military conflict due to postal delivery problems . If you are from such areas and have family or friends in the USA, we can ship the items to them.
