Code 3 – Port Chester, NY Sutphen Tower Ladder 2, #12932. This diecast replica has an original release date of January 2002. Ladder 2 is in memory of Chief Harry Howard. Howard implemented the “Bunk System”. This system allows firefighters to sleep at the station for quick call response on night shifts. This program saved countless lives and saved millions of dollars in property damage. Ladder 2 is a must have for any firefighting enthusiast.
