Code 3 – Mesa, Arizona Pierce Quantum Pumper 203, #12761. Original diecast release date of September 1998. This Pierce Quantum was also released for the town of Mesa in pumper numbers 206, 201, and 209. Features bright white color with red stripe and chrome colored details. Pumper numbers are on the front end bumper and rear panel. A great piece to add to your Arizona diecast collection.
