THE RATES SPECIFIED ON OUR SHIPPING CHART (ABOVE) COVERS THE COST OF UPS REGULAR GROUND SERVICE OR US POSTAL PRIORITY MAIL SERVICE. WE NOTIFY YOU VIA EMAIL WHEN SHIPMENT IS MADE and tell you if UPS or Priority Mail is shipping your order. If by UPS, the shipping notice INCLUDES THE UPS TRACKING NUMBER. To track UPS orders go to the www.ups.com site. We will track your order ONLY when delivery of order is late. Thank you.
FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPMENTS, 2ND DAY SHIPMENTS, OR NEXT DAY AIR MAIL: WE DO CHARGE YOU EXTRA FOR THE ADDITIONAL COST TO SHIP BY THESE METHODS. We make every effort to advise you via telephone and/or email the cost being charged to you PRIOR to shipment. If you do not reply immediately to our emails/phone calls, your order is automatically shipped either UPS Ground or US Priority Mail. We appreciate your cooperation.
Over-sized Large and extra heavy items, we will notify you of any additional shipping charges. Please reply to our phone call/email promptly, otherwise we automatically cancel the order within ten (10) days. We appreciate your cooperation.
FOREIGN ORDERS – We ship worldwide. Orders outside of the USA are no longer shipped via SURFACE MAIL. The US Postal Service discontinued Surface shipping. We now ship via AIR MAIL, which generally takes approximately 10 days to 2 weeks to reach you. We send you an email advising you the cost to ship your order. Upon receipt of our email to you, please CONFIRM via email, the shipping price is agreeable with you and we will charge your account accordingly. Alternatively, if you find the shipping too expensive, please email us to cancel the order. If you do not reply to our email(s) within 10 days, your order is automatically cancelled. We make every effort to ship foreign orders in a timely fashion. Please Note: We no longer ship to Mexico due to postal problems there. If you know someone in the USA we can ship the items to them.
